Incentive Packages

Every group or company may develop and personalise their own incentive package to suit their own needs.

However, Wakana does offer three orientative proposals that can be modified and take place in one day or two with an overnight stay.

Furthermore, each program is associated with a natural symbolic element that represents the values the visiting group wishes to develop.

Also, ‘Storytelling’ is incorporated into the design of each program, with a variety of challenges and activities depending on the available time.

All packages can be offered in three different formats.

 

  1. Challenge: 4 hours

  2. No Fear: Full day

  3. No Limits: 2+ days

    (Minimum one overnight stay)

Incentive activities

Our solidarity program, linked to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and reinforcing sustainable development and social impact, is divided into three areas.

1. Action for sustainable development

The activities Wakana proposes call for corporate social responsibility.

Available within our facilities in the Los Alcornocales Natural Park are reforestation and otter-protection programs as well as collaborative groups for roadside cleaning and bird-nest repairs

2. Volunteering activities: our collaboration agreement

Wakana has in place collaboration agreements with the nursing home in Vejer de la Frontera and Benalup.

And not only does Wakana assist the elderly, we also support the children in La Marchenilla detention centre because life is valuable at all stages.

3. Heritage Conservation

The heritage conservation program supports the activities carried out in the various archaeological and observation sites by the University of Cádiz and other governmental and private groups in the area surrounding Wakana, known as La Janda.

These include the Roman ruins of Baelo Claudia in Bolonia, the Carteia  Archeological site near San Roque and the Roman site of Ocuri in Ubrique.
